C’est bon! After several months of working on the relaunch of our food truck project, I am very proud to say that we finally launched it yesterday on Kickstarter.com.
We are very anxious about getting into our own food truck so we can serve our New Orleans food six (6) days a week in and around Port St. Lucie. This time we have set our funding goal at $25,000.00, which would give us enough funds for the following:
- Down payment on the truck (we will finance the rest)
- Local and State Licensing/Inspection fees
- Insurance on the truck and kitchen equipment
- Operational expenses
This project is set to run for 60 days. During this time we are planning to pass out pamphlets at every event that we attend similar to this one:
Plus we have launched a ‘Kickstart Our Cajun Food Truck!’ tab on our facebook page that is currently running our old video (which we are planning to redo) that has a link to the project page on Kickstarter.com and we have place a widget in the sidebar to left on this blog.
We are truly hoping that we will get the support needed to bring a little bit of New Orleans to the streets on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Will you be a backer of our project? Please leave a comment down below and let us know what you think.
